We had the good fortune of hiring CMI Design for a home renovation at our beach house in Corolla, NC. They started by fixing our driveway which was not draining water properly and then began a big renovation of our ground floor. Hands down the most professional company ever.  We did 4 master bath remodels and it took about 3 weeks! Stunning work and best of all COMMUNICATION, like morning and night time photo updates since we aren’t located near our home when the work was going on. Master Bathroom and Bedroom of my dreams were created by CMI Design Studios.  Nadeem and Shah pulled it off again in 2022 after renovating our kitchen, in-law suite, and first floor bathroom. * I never dreamed of such a beautiful bathroom.  The flooring, the tile, and the exquisite shower, bathtub, and vanities exceeded my expectations. They enlarged the shower, moved the towel closet between the vanities.  Beauty and function at a budget they worked to meet. * Our bedroom is serene and beautiful (carpet, repair and paint. beautiful flooring in the closet too!)  *  In addition, they completely revamped the kid's bathroom, and it is gorgeous! We have been working with CMI Designs and have been so thrilled with the professionalism of the people, the quality of the workmanship, and the meticulous clean up every day of the jobsite.  We are almost done and I cannot not wait to show off to my family and friends what CMI has done for us.  Nadeem and Shah go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied with progress of our kitchen, guest bedroom, and bathroom. We had the pleasure of working with the dream team from CMI Design Studio with Nadeem at the helm, Shah as project manager, as well as Ariel and the team to remodel our 20 year old kitchen.  Nadeem was able to understand and devise a design plan that conveyed our need for a functional kitchen with more storage, open space, ease of flow, and clean lines with a hint of sophistication.  He is the mastermind behind every design and he takes pride in connecting with his clients to understand their needs and providing the workmanship that will complete the project envisioned by his clients. Shah is very professional, an excellent communicator and is very responsive when needed to respond to questions.  It was a pleasure to work with him on this project as he really facilitated the process and was responsive to all issues that we addressed with him.  Ariel and his crew are the most hard-working team we have ever encountered and they were efficient, professional, respectful, and they have a great sense of humor.  We will be hiring Nadeem and his crew again for our basement remodel as it has been an easy process and they designed and created the kitchen we wanted and it was a smooth process all around. Nadeem and team did a great job to complete our outdoor covered deck and open deck.  Despite the challenges of getting a license from the county as this all happened during the unprecedented pandemic, he and his team managed to complete the project to our satisfaction.  Very professional guys who we keep in touch with even after a year and a half since they finished the job. They came a couple of times to fix minor stuff and were very helpful when we call them. Thank you Nadeem and team. I'll post photos later when I retrieve them from my Google drive. :)
